Aiming at satisfying customers' demands, Veisheng-Timber has over the years been engaged in developing new manufacturing process and products as well as improving quality monitoring. We sincerely expect cooperation with old and new customers in the development of new products and technology. Presently main equipments in our lab are:
1. Cold/Hot Pressure Machine for developing new manufacturing process
2. LED Moisture Meter for real-time analysis of veneer and core moisture.
3. Universal Testing Instrument for testing the shearing force of finished products and for developing new materials.
4. Photoelectric Spectrometer for detecting free formaldehyde in the plywood and monitoring quality.
5. Viscosity Meter for analysis and real-time control of glue viscosity.
